Essential Blend

The essential blend contains no almonds or cranberries. It has the same great flavor you would expect from SGC but comes in at 280 calories per 1/2 cup portion. It is also gluten-free and vegan. 

Ingredients:
Organic certified gluten-free whole grain rolled oats, pure maple syrup, sunflower seeds,  pumpkin seeds, brown sugar, unsweetened coconut, organic sunflower oil, organic coconut oil, flax seeds, kosher sea salt, pure vanilla extract, cinnamon, mixed tocopherols (vitamin E to retain freshness).
